Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Colorium Studio.
Because our products are digital goods, including LUTs, PowerGrades, presets, guides, and downloadable creative assets, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Digital Product Policy
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been sent, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This is because digital files cannot be physically returned after delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
• You were charged incorrectly.
• You did not receive access to your files due to a technical issue on our end.
• The delivered file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Before requesting a refund, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. In most cases, we can resend the download link, provide installation guidance, or replace the file.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to read the product description before buying.
• Incompatibility caused by unsupported software, devices, or workflows.
• Lack of knowledge on how to install or use the product.
• Differences in final color results caused by lighting, camera settings, exposure, white balance, footage quality, or user grading workflow.
• Products that have already been downloaded or accessed successfully.
